1. What the service is
Commodity Futures provides tools that help investors manage risk, keep trading discipline, follow news, forecast price volatility and paper trade (simulated trading) in commodity futures and foreign exchange markets.
We are NOT an exchange, a broker or a fund manager. We do not take margin deposits, place orders for you or hold your assets. Live orders (if any) are placed by you through your own account with your brokerage member / broker.
2. Not investment advice
All forecasts, price zones, signals, alerts and figures are for reference only and are not advice to buy or sell. Leveraged derivatives and Forex can lose more than the initial capital. You make and are responsible for your own trading decisions.
Past results, including paper trading results, do not guarantee future results.
3. Accounts
You register with your own email, keep your password secret and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts showing signs of abuse, unauthorized sharing of paid content or harm to the system.
4. Data we collect
When you register and use the service: full name, email, password (stored only as a hash that no one can read), IP address at sign-up, login history (time, IP, browser type), your chosen language and market, your settings and activity in the tools (watchlist, alerts, trade plans, paper orders), and service plan orders.
5. How we use data
To provide and secure the service: sign-in, sending confirmation emails and the alerts you enabled, applying plan entitlements, preventing abuse and supporting you on request. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
6. Storage and your rights
Data is stored on our servers with nightly backups. Anti-abuse logs (IP, hashed email marker) are kept for at most 90 days; accounts that do not confirm their email within 7 days are deleted automatically.
You may view, correct, request deletion of your personal data or withdraw consent by replying to an email the system sent you. The public forecast and signal ledgers contain none of your personal data.
7. Changes to these terms
When the terms change, we update the version number at the top of this page and notify you in your account before they take effect.
